the process straightforward for your whole team.
The on leave section covers ways you can minimise the impact of your colleague’s transition on the team and the wider
business, and the practical actions involved in getting ready for their return.
The return to work section has lots of advice on how to help your colleague to re-integrate successfully, and supports
you in looking to the future.
Each section also includes handy checklists and toolkits, along with videos of colleagues sharing their own experiences.
You can even sign up for email prompts that remind you what you need to do at each stage.
